1. Services

We offer domestic, office, commercial, deep & specialist, carpet & upholstery, and builders cleaning services. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 12 hours prior.
• Late cancellations may incur a charge.

3. Payments

All services must be paid for in full upon completion or based on prior arrangements. We accept bank transfers and secure online payments.

4. Liability

While we strive for excellence, Simply Devine Cleaning Limited is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect usage of cleaning materials or customer instructions. Our insurance covers general liability and accidental damage.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
• Keep valuables secured during the cleaning process.
