1. Introduction

2. Company Mission and Values

3. Employment Policies

  • All workers are self-employed and responsible for taxes.
  • Equal opportunity employer.
  • Probation: 3 months, including supervised onboarding.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Punctuality and proper uniform required.
  • Respect client privacy; avoid personal contact exchange.
  • Disclose potential conflicts of interest.

5. Work Schedules and Attendance

Schedules are communicated via CRM. Absences must be reported to supervisors in advance. Overtime requires pre-approval.

6. Compensation and Benefits

Wages: £13 - £13.50/hour. 25 paid holiday days/year. Sick leave may require a doctor's note.

7. Health and Safety

Use PPE and proper equipment. Report incidents promptly. Follow hygiene protocols including COVID-19 precautions.

8. Training and Development

Includes onboarding and ongoing skills development programs.

9. Disciplinary Procedures

  • Verbal Warning
  • Written Warning
  • Termination for serious violations

10. Grievance Procedures

Report issues to supervisors or HR. All complaints are confidentially addressed.

11. Use of Company Property

Maintain all equipment properly. Company vehicles may only be used by authorized personnel.

12. Use of Client Property

No tampering with client belongings. Treat all access information confidentially.

13. Training and Compliance

Complete mandatory training such as COSHH. Certificates are uploaded to your Connect Team profile.

14. Communication

All internal communication and job updates happen via the Connect Team App.

15. Zero Tolerance Policy on Abuse

No form of abuse or harassment is tolerated. Respect between clients and staff is mandatory.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

Client and employee information must be kept confidential and securely handled. Breaches may lead to termination.
